For this purpose, we collaborate with the internationally renowned luxury and designer authentication platform "Entrupy" and are listed there as a verified seller. Only when the authenticity of each product is confirmed by Entrupy, in addition to our own expert in-house authentication process, is the product listed on our website and available for purchase.Entrupy is a highly innovative, technological authentication system that reliably verifies the authenticity of designer handbags. Entrupy compares various high-resolution images of the bag and its features with a vast database that is constantly optimized through machine learning. In this process, even the smallest details of a bag, some of which are difficult or impossible to discern with the naked eye (e.g., material, pattern, logo, stitching, etc.), are analyzed and verified for authenticity.

If you placed the order from an EU country, you have the right to cancel the order and return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.
