Delivery
We deliver throughout Europe and ensure that your package arrives safely and in perfect condition. Every shipment is professionally packaged, fully insured, and sent with a tracking number. For orders within Germany, we offer free DHL shipping , and for all other European countries, we offer DHL Express shipping.
Customs duties & import taxes
Additionally, local customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, all prices listed on our website are exclusive of customs duties and any import taxes .
All items are shipped from Germany.
Cancellation
If you wish to initiate a return, prior written notification via email to info@mydesignervintage.com or letter is required. We will then send you all further information regarding the return process and refund. In some cases, we may require additional information or photos of the bag before we can confirm a return.
Please note that for orders placed from or shipped to a non-EU country, returns, refunds or exchanges are not possible.
At this time, we cannot offer a direct exchange . If you wish to exchange an item, please return it through the regular channels and purchase the desired product again via our website.
Cancellation policy
We offer returns within the EU under the following conditions:
- You have declared your cancellation to us by email or letter within 14 days of receiving the goods
- The return shipment must have been received by us or handed over to a shipping service provider no later than 14 days after your cancellation.
- The item is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase.
- No new signs of wear and tear have appeared since the purchase.
- The MY DESIGNER VINTAGE label and the security seal are originally attached to the item.
- All included accessories must be returned in full (e.g., dust bag, box, ID card, lock, shoulder strap, etc.).
- All certificates, invoices, etc. included with the delivery have been returned.
- The goods were returned – if originally packaged – in their undamaged original packaging.
The risk of return shipping lies with the customer, regardless of the reason. The buyer also bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
